Why is it important to submit my information as it appears on my passport?
Due to security measures, flight tickets and entrances are required to be issued with the information as it appears in the passport to guarantee the service. Making a change or correction may have penalties, extra charges, or invalidate the ticket.
Can I pay for my trip in parts?
It is possible to have facilities to ensure your trip on the condition that the first payment you make covers the cost of the flights, and the rest is paid no later than 60 days before the trip.
When will I receive my tickets and final itinerary?
We send all the documentation between 30 and 20 days before the start of the trip, along with the flight’s confirmation and recommendations according to the destination
Can I choose my seats for the flight?
You can choose the seats by making an additional payment according to the airline.
Can I earn miles if I buy flights with Journeyou?
To take advantage of the benefits of your frequent flyer program, you must contact the airline directly to enter your information.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies will appear before the purchase of each package on our website. Please, keep in mind that cancellation fees will vary depending on how long in advance it is made. If your reservation has issued flights, these are subject to airlines' regulations and, in most cases, are non-refundable.

Can I make changes to my itineraries?
Yes. It is possible to make modifications to the itinerary. Nevertheless, if the change is made after the package purchase, you may have to pay penalties or fare differences depending on how far in advance the change is made. In the case of flights, if the ticket has already been issued, changes will be subject to the airline's conditions.
Can I add luggage to my flight?
Yes. If the type of fare of the purchased package does not include luggage or you want to add it later, you must go to the airline's website and purchase with your reservation code.
